1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the vs6789 website at https://vs6789.pro, including all associated mobile interfaces, game content, and payment processing features.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by vs6789.

2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile telephone number registered in Bangladesh. You are under a continuing obligation to update this information if it changes.

2.3 You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. If multiple Accounts are discovered to be associated with the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other means — vs6789 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending bets or withdrawals, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.

2.4 You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity, that you are not a professional sports participant with insider knowledge relevant to any available betting markets, and that your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment only.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify vs6789 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised. vs6789 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but cannot accept liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit card channels. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.4 All withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, wherever technically possible. vs6789 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations.

4.5 vs6789 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for standard BDT mobile wallet withdrawals during BST business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or requiring manual review may take up to one Business Day. vs6789 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Deposits made to your vs6789 Account are for the sole purpose of funding gaming activity on the Platform. vs6789 is not a bank and your Account does not accrue interest on any deposited balance. If you deposit funds and subsequently choose not to wager them, you may withdraw the deposited balance subject to identity verification requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
